Lebanese Restaurant Manager
Client of Hirelebanese
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and maintain cleanliness standards.Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor restaurant staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints promptly, interact with guests to ensure a positive experience, and maintain high service standards.Financial & Inventory Control: Manage budgets, track sales, order supplies, manage inventory levels, and handle payroll administration.Scheduling & Administration: Create weekly staff schedules, assign workstations, and manage staff rosters.
- Should Be flexible- Proven 7+ years of Experience as a Lebanese Restaurant Manager (Lebanese fine dining)- age: 36 and aboveonly lebanese and matches the requiremenet are welcomed to apply
