Key Responsibilities

Assist with filling out forms, documentation, and paperwork.

Prepare permits, work orders, and related administrative tasks.

Organize and maintain records and files.

Support operational tasks as directed by the manager.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Fresh graduate (Engineering, business, management, finance..)

Hungry to learn and grow professionally.

Good command of English (written and spoken).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
