Financial Manager

The role is responsible for supporting financial and operational activities through ERP management, reporting, invoicing, pricing updates, inventory control, and data analysis while ensuring accuracy and process efficiency.Main DutiesManage invoicing setup, pricing updates, and synchronization of transactions across ERP systemsMonitor inventory movements, asset tracking, and account balances while ensuring data integrityPrepare installation, maintenance, aging, sales, commission, rebate, and operational closing reportsAnalyze gross margins, sales KPIs, marketing statistics, and operational performance indicatorsSupport budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis through data extraction and consolidationHandle receivables monitoring, balance transfers, and reconciliation activitiesMaintain and update customer accounts, classifications, and operational recordsSupport ERP automation, digital transformation initiatives, testing, and data governance projectsImplement and follow up on internal audit recommendations and operational controlsConduct inventory verification and operational checks for vehicles, tanks, cylinders, and related assetsProvide operational support and coordinate with internal teams on special requests and reporting needs QualificationsBachelor degree in Finance or related field, CPA is highly advantageous6+ year s progressive experience.Technical knowledge, skills & abilities required:Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reportingProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelKnowledge of invoicing, inventory, and reconciliation processesExperience in BI systems and automation is a plusSoft skills requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and problem-solving mindsetAttention to detail and accuracyTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesTeamwork and collaboration skillsAdaptability and flexibilityAbility to handle multiple tasks efficiently
