Human Resources Specialist

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Lebanese labor laws
• Ability to support employees in their performance and skill development
• High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Act as a reliable point of contact for staff and management regarding HR policies and employee relations
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with company policies and legal requirements
• Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work environment
