Sales Associate – Premium Retail

We are seeking dynamic and well-presented Sales Associates to join our retail team in Dubai. This role is company-based, meaning employees are assigned to a specific boutique but may be transferred to other store locations within our network based on business needs.. . Key Responsibilities:. - Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with luxury retail standards. - . - Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store targets. - . - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - . - Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards. - . - Support daily store operations. - . - . Requirements:. - Previous experience in retail or customer service (fashion/luxury preferred). - . - Strong communication skills in English. - . - Fluency in Arabic or Russian is highly preferred. - . - Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused. - . - Adaptable and open to working across different store locations if required
