IT ERP Project Manager

We are an established Odoo ERP implementation partner delivering business-critical ERP projects across multiple industries. We are hiring a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery governance of Odoo ERP projects. This is not a coordination role. This role owns scope, timeline, budget, and client outcomes . You will work with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers, and Clients , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope , while enforcing our delivery framework and standards. 3+ years of project management experience in ERP, software, or product developmentProven experience managing ERP projects (Odoo experience is a strong advantage)Hands-on experience managing: Project scope and change Budgets and delivery margins Client-facing deliveryStrong understanding of: ERP / software lifecycle Hybrid Agile / Waterfall delivery modelsExperience coordinating cross-functional teams (functional + technical)Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsBachelor s degree in Business, MIS, Engineering, or related fieldNice to Have Experience managing Odoo ERP implementations PMP or equivalent project management certification Experience with project management tools (Odoo, Jira, MS Project, ClickUp, etc.) Commercial awareness and margin-driven delivery mindset
