As we scale, we’re seeking a Recruiter & Talent Specialist to lead our hiring, onboarding, and talent development efforts—across consulting, development, and sales teams.
Role Overview
Own the full talent lifecycle—from proactive recruitment to onboarding, development, and performance enablement. The role ensures the company consistently has the right people, ready at the right time, while reducing delivery risk and attrition
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Pipeline Ownership
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for consulting, software engineering, sales, and operations roles
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and AI sourcing tools
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and define role-specific success profiles
- Run structured, score-based screening and hiring processes
- Design and manage onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity
- Plan and roll out learning & development initiatives aligned with business and individual goals
- Support career pathing, internal mobility, and succession planning
- Support performance management cycles (goal-setting, evaluations, feedback)
- Contribute to employer branding, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Track and report recruitment and talent KPIs (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, attrition)
- Maintain candidate pipelines and manage ATS / HR tools
- Continuously improve hiring and talent processes using data and feedback
- 3–7+ years of experience in recruitment and/or talent development
- Proven hiring experience across multiple functions; tech, SaaS, or ERP environments preferred
- Strong command of full-cycle recruitment and talent lifecycle management
- Experience designing onboarding, training, or performance frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, data-driven, and comfortable challenging assumptions
- Ability to work onsite in Beirut preferred
- Familiarity with ATS/LMS tools; understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is a plus
- HR or recruiting certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Recruiter) are a bonus
