Our Asset Management Division is growing, and we are now hiring a Property Sales & Leasing Consultant to spearhead our rental portfolio and generate new landlord relationships.

Your Role

• Represent Aston Gate in Dubai’s rental market, conducting tenant showings and matching clients to premium rental properties.
• Manage landlord portfolios — leasing, renewals, property marketing, and maximizing returns.
• Prospect for new landlords and investors while leveraging Aston Gate’s inbound leads.
• Advise clients on investment opportunities and the Dubai property market.
• Collaborate with the team to expand into secondary and off-plan sales once KPIs are met.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years real estate experience in Dubai (leasing or sales).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills — proven deal-closer.
• Presentable, professional, and ambitious.
• Knowledge of RERA, tenancy laws, and Dubai rental market a plus.
• Must be driven by earnings growth and career progression.

Compensation & Benefits

• AED 3,000 – 6,000 base salary (based on experience).
• High commission structure — total monthly earnings AED 11,000 – 22,000 achievable.
