Project Manager – International Company (Hybrid / Remote | Beirut)

We are an international company working on cross-border projects and are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

This role is open exclusively to Lebanese professionals currently based in Beirut.

The position follows a hybrid model, with remote work and occasional travel for in-person meetings.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects, following up on tasks, and supporting communication between teams and stakeholders in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables

Follow up on tasks and ensure smooth execution

Communicate with internal teams and external partners

Prepare reports and updates for management

Support operational and administrative project needs

Requirements

Previous experience in project management or coordination roles

Arabic is required

English or additional languages are a strong advantage

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work with international teams and adapt to a dynamic environment

Must be currently based in Beirut, Lebanon

Priority will be given to candidates holding a European passport, to facilitate travel to Europe

Work Model & Travel

Remote work on a daily basis

One business trip per month (mainly to Europe) for meetings and coordination
