Role Description

The Talent Management Team Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Saida, Lebanon. The role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Talent Management Department and supporting the Department Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient execution across the team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and supporting Account Managers, monitoring creator campaigns and content pipelines, ensuring proper implementation of SOPs, following up on deadlines and deliverables, and coordinating with internal creative teams such as Video Editors and Graphic Designers.

The role also includes active involvement in the production direction of talent and creator content, providing on-set or production-related direction when required to ensure that content execution is aligned with the agreed creative concept, talent positioning, and campaign objectives.

The Talent Management Team Supervisor also acts as a first point of escalation for daily operational challenges, monitors the quality and progress of deliverables, prepares weekly performance and project-status reports, and identifies opportunities to improve workflows and departmental processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, Account Management, or Agency Project Management.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills, with the ability to manage workflows and ensure accountability.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between Account Managers, talents/creators, and internal creative and production teams.
• Good understanding of content production and creative direction, with the ability to guide talent during content execution and production when required.
• Experience with project management and workflow management tools; ClickUp experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to monitor deliverables, identify operational bottlenecks, and contribute to process and SOP improvements.
• Strong emotional intelligence and professional judgment when handling team, client, and talent-related matters.
• Previous experience in a digital marketing, influencer marketing, talent management, or creative agency environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Saida, Lebanon.
