School Supervisor

Job Summary

The Wellspring Supervisor has the primary responsibility of modeling and reinforcing the school’s mission, vision and guiding principles through attitudes, learner profile attributes, actions and programs available to students outside of the academic curriculum.

The Supervisor works primarily with non-academic issues, and monitors students who are struggling with general behavior issues off and on school campus by using Wellspring’s Student Handbook and other school designed incentives that encourage positive behavior.

Wellspring Learning Community is an IB Continuum World School located in Beirut-Lebanon, offering the PYP (Primary Years Programme), MYP (Middle years Programme) and DP (Diploma Programme).
