Content Creator

We are hiring a full-time Social Media Content Creator with a strong focus on video production. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who can conceptualize, script, shoot, and coordinate the final production of high-quality video content for our social media channels. You will work closely with our graphic designer and marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and performs well across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Research trends, audience insights, and platform algorithms to develop fresh and relevant content ideas.

• Write compelling scripts for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and longer-format content.

• Plan, set up, and participate in video shoots, including on-camera appearances if required (acting as host/presenter where needed).

• Handle all aspects of video shooting: lighting, audio, framing, directing talent, and capturing footage using smartphones, cameras, or other equipment.

• Collaborate closely with the graphic designer to provide clear briefs for thumbnails, overlays, animations, text graphics, and motion elements.

• Oversee post-production coordination: review edits, provide feedback, and ensure final videos meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Edit basic videos when necessary (using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro) or assist in minor adjustments.

• Upload and optimize content on social media platforms, including writing captions, selecting hashtags, and scheduling posts.

• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements based on data.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
