Senior Property Consultant - Offplan & Secondary

We are a boutique real estate brokerage based in Dubai Media City, part of an international real estate group with over 40 years of successful projects worldwide. Specializing in exclusive direct sales for Off-Plan and Resale properties, we are now expanding internationally and seeking high-performing Senior Property Consultants to join our elite team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive property sales across Off-Plan markets.
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Provide expert investment advice, pricing guidance, and market insights.
• Conduct professional property presentations, negotiations, and closings.
• Maintain high service standards and long-term client trust.
• Work closely with marketing and management to maximize deal flow and conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Property Consultant in Dubai.
• Proven track record and achieved KPIs in 2025.
• Strong experience in Off-Plan sales is mandatory; secondary market experience is a plus.
• Previous exposure working directly with top developers is highly welcomed.
• Professional, driven, and target-oriented mindset.

• Preferred: Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Turkish, Russian, German, Spanish, French, Chinese, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian
