We’re on the lookout for a Marketing & Comms Specialist who can match our creativity with digital power and media savvy. Someone who can create standout content, run smart Meta ads, and put Ralee in the spotlight through PR, podcasts, and media features.

What You’ll Do

• Create thumb-stopping content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and beyond.
• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns with a results-first mindset.
• Shape our PR presence: draft press releases, pitch stories, and build media connections.
• Organize and coordinate podcasts, interviews, and speaking opportunities.
• Track, measure, and report performance to fine-tune strategy.
• Work closely with our creative director to turn design stories into campaigns people talk about.

Who You Are

• A content creator with a strong sense of aesthetics and trends.
• A Meta Ads pro who knows targeting, retargeting, and scaling campaigns.
• Skilled in PR & media relations, with the confidence to pitch and secure coverage.
• Comfortable managing podcasts, media interviews, and events.
• A creative thinker who balances imagination with data-driven strategy.
• Proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to do things differently.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with luxury, lifestyle, or design brands.

Tools & Skills

• Meta Ads Manager • Social platforms & scheduling tools • Basic analytics & reporting • Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite • Strong copywriting and communication skills
