Risk Manager

Qatar National Bank (QNB) is looking for an experienced Risk Manager to join our team. As the Risk Manager, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and managing the risks associated with our company’s operations and investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, finance, and banking along with excellent organizational and communication skills. If you have a passion for the financial industry and a track record of success in risk management, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in risk management. Responsibilities

Analyze potential risks associated with the company’s operations and investments

Monitor and manage risks on an ongoing basis

Develop policies and procedures related to risk management

Develop reports to track risk metrics and present them to senior management

Prepare and present risk management plans to the board of directors

Evaluate and recommend changes in the risk management process, when necessary

Ensure compliance with international banking regulations and standards

Identify and resolve risk-related issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with other departments to ensure risks associated with projects and investments are properly addressed

Provide guidance and support to staff in the management of risks
