Sales (female)

We are a premium automotive repair and service center in Dubai, is looking for a confident, customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automobile industry, preferably in selling automotive service contracts, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), vehicle maintenance packages, or automotive aftersales services.

The role involves contacting potential customers, generating new business, promoting service contract packages, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

We are looking for a proactive, target-driven professional with excellent English communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell automotive service contracts, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and vehicle maintenance packages.
• Contact potential customers, follow up on enquiries, and generate new sales opportunities.
• Explain service contract benefits, coverage, pricing, and package options to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with the service and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the automobile industry is required.
• Experience in automotive sales, service contracts, AMC sales, extended warranties, or aftersales services is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or business development with a proven ability to convert leads into customers.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
• Confident in handling customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and sales follow-ups.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented, with a strong focus on closing sales.
• Candidates with UAE automotive industry experience will be preferred.
