Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations across multiple jurisdictions (GCC and USA)
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
• Manage treasury and cash flow operations
• Supervise accounting team and day-to-day operations
• Support international banking relationships and transactions

Skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4-6 years of financial management experience
• Experience working in either GCC or USA markets (both preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of international accounting standards
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• English proficiency required

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of VAT/tax compliance in multiple jurisdictions
• Experience with construction or project-based industries
• Previous experience with international financial consolidation
• Knowledge of cross-border transactions
