Business Development Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW

MaSs Production is a full-service events, exhibitions, production, and experiential company operating across Lebanon and the GCC. Through its established Beirut branch, MaSs delivers projects in the Lebanese market while supporting regional operations across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. This position is based at the Beirut branch and will coordinate closely with the company's local and regional teams.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Business Development Manager will identify new opportunities and build relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. The role will focus on growing MaSs' events, exhibitions, and production business in Lebanon while contributing to regional opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new events, exhibitions, production, and experiential opportunities.

Build relationships with corporate clients, government entities, venues, agencies, and strategic partners.

Manage the business development pipeline and maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities.

Arrange client meetings and prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.

Coordinate with creative, production, and operational teams to develop tailored solutions.

Follow up on leads, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.

Conduct market research and monitor competitors, tenders, and industry trends.

Support cross-selling and business opportunities across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or a related field.

At least 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales.

Previous experience in events, exhibitions, advertising, or production is strongly preferred.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable working toward targets.

Fluency in Arabic and English.
