About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Design / Marketing professional to join our team and support both the creative and performance marketing sides of our business. This role blends visual design, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations, playing a key role in growing our online presence and brand.

Key Responsibilities

· Design visual assets for social media, website banners, email campaigns, ads, and landing pages

· Manage day-to-day Shopify e-commerce operations, including product updates, merchandising, and fulfillment coordination

· Support performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and retargeting platforms

· Create and manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns and automated flows

· Maintain and optimize the product catalog, including visuals, SEO, and promotional updates

· Coordinate social media and influencer campaigns, ensuring brand-consistent visuals

· Support SEO and content marketing initiatives with engaging creative assets

· Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports

· Assist with CRO initiatives, optimizing layouts, visuals, and messaging.

Requirements

· Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)

· Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices

· Experience managing Shopify stores

· Ability to create on-brand, conversion-focused visuals

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with photo/video shoots and content creation is a plus
