Boutique Manager

Les Amis Boutique is seeking a passionate and experienced Boutique Manager. The Boutique Manager will have a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience, driving sales, and ensuring that our boutique reflects our brand s luxury and elegance. This role involves supervising daily operations, managing a dedicated team, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.The Boutique Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:Team Leadership: Manage store staff, to ensure they deliver high-quality customer service and maintain the boutique s standards.Sales Management: Drive sales and achieve targets effectively.Customer Experience: Enhance the shopping experience by providing personalized service, addressing customer needs, and resolving any issues promptly.Store Operations: Direct daily store operations including inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, and prepare reports to optimize store performance and implement strategies for improvement.Brand Representation: Ensure the boutique s environment reflects our brand s image and values through attention to detail in store presentation and customer interactions. Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.Experience: 3-5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record in leading a team and driving sales in a luxury retail environmentSkills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in inventory management and store operations preferredOther Requirements: A customer-centric mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for luxury retail
