General Accountant

WE ARE HIRING – GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

A construction company located in Jdeideh, Metn is looking for a General Accountant to join its team.

Main Responsibilities

• Accounting data entry and proper record keeping
• Daily follow-up of transactions
• Monitoring and recording company expenses
• Follow-up on client collections and outstanding balances
• Bank, supplier, and account reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Assisting with general accounting and administrative duties

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Location: Jdeideh, Metn

Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable handling day-to-day accounting operations.

• Good knowledge of general accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting software
• Accurate and fast data entry
• Bank, supplier, and customer reconciliation
• Expense tracking and cost control
• Accounts payable & accounts receivable follow-up
• Collection and outstanding balance follow-up
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in a construction or contracting company is a plus
