Key Responsibilities

Maintain and systematically update comprehensive employee records and personnel files to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Manage and monitor employee leave and vacation balances, ensuring alignment with company policies and labor regulations.

Process, review, and follow up on leave requests, verifying compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Maintain precise and up-to-date data across HR information systems, spreadsheets, and tracking tools to support HR reporting and decision-making.

Track and coordinate performance evaluation processes including probation reviews, mid-year assessments, and annual appraisals.

Collaborate closely with department heads and managers to facilitate timely completion and submission of performance evaluations.

Organize, schedule, and coordinate internal training programs and HR-related events to support employee development and engagement.

Monitor and analyze attendance data across multiple office locations internationally, generating reports to inform management and support operational needs.

Ensure HR operational activities consistently comply with internal policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.

Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a comparable HR role.

Exceptional organizational, time management, and administrative capabilities with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and in a multicultural environment.
