Deputy Steel Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Factory Manager in day-to-day factory operations and production planning
• Monitor and support production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to targets
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams
• Analyze production data and propose improvements to productivity and cost control
• Assist in production planning and manpower management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in French language
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical)
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry (steel industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of industrial production processes and plant operations
• Good leadership, and analytical thinking skills
