Deputy Steel Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Factory Manager in day-to-day factory operations and production planning
- Monitor and support production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to targets
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams
- Analyze production data and propose improvements to productivity and cost control
- Assist in production planning and manpower management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in French language
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical)
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry (steel industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of industrial production processes and plant operations
- Good leadership, and analytical thinking skills
