Restaurant Manager

Hiring General Restaurant Manager for a Fine-dining restaurant located in Beirut (Saifi Village) wit at 5 to 10 years of related experience.Must have extensive experience in managing fine-dining restaurants preferably French or Italian cuisines, as well as managing big teams, budget and operations, with the ability to drive sales and control costs.- Lead day to day the restaurant operation, maintaining the highest standard in presentation, service, and guest satisfaction.- Manage and develop FOH team, fostering a collaborative, high performing environment.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene.- Building strong guest relationships, turning first-time visitors into loyal regulars.- Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, and policies to support growth and efficiency.Preferably candidates who can join immediately or within short notice period.Salary up to 3500$ (negotiable as per experience) plus other benefits.
