About the OpportunityOn behalf of a confidential client a well-established healthcare organization with regional operations spanning Lebanon and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and support the company's regional growth strategy across both markets.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all financial operations across Lebanon and KSA healthcare entities (hospitals, clinics, or medical service lines, as applicable)Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with expansion and capital investment plans (e.g., new facilities, equipment, licensing)Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, insurers/payers, and investors in both marketsLead budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, with attention to healthcare-specific revenue cycle and reimbursement riskEnsure compliance with local statutory, tax, and healthcare-sector regulatory requirements in both jurisdictionsProvide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board on growth, M&A, or facility expansion opportunitiesConfidentiality NoteThis is a confidential search. Minimum 10 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 3 5 years in a senior finance role within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), ideally within healthcare, hospital groups, pharma, or medical servicesProven track record managing finance operations across MENA markets, ideally with cross-border exposure between KSA and LebanonStrong understanding of healthcare-sector financial dynamics: payer/insurance reimbursement cycles, medical inventory and capital equipment financing, and hospital/clinic cost structuresFamiliarity with Saudi healthcare regulatory bodies (e.g., CHI/Council of Health Insurance, SFDA-related financial compliance) and Zakat/VAT requirementsExperience with financial restructuring, treasury management, and multi-currency operations (Lebanese pound/USD dynamics)Strong background in FP&A, audit, compliance, and investor/board reporting for a regulated healthcare entityCPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification preferredFluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus
