Accountant wanted in Jounieh for Helium Sports

About The Role

Helium Sports is seeking a meticulous, self-motivated Accountant to manage daily financial operations, payroll, and statutory reporting at our Jounieh headquarters. This role requires a finance professional capable of executing end-to-end accounting workflows independently while maintaining full compliance with Lebanese tax and accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Transactions: Manage payables, receivables, invoicing, receipts, and ledger entries.
• Reconciliations & Reporting: Execute routine bank/cash reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Payroll & Tax Compliance: Oversee payroll processing and ensure complete alignment with Lebanese tax and accounting laws.
• Audit & Advisory: Coordinate directly with external auditors and financial advisors.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience in Lebanon.
• Tax Knowledge: Strong, practical understanding of local Lebanese accounting and tax procedures.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized accounting software.
• Languages: Full working fluency in both Arabic and English.
