Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Growth

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, conversions and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns for new product launches, seasonal promotions and special events.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare actionable insights and recommendations.

Social Media

• Manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Publish and optimise content across all platforms.
• Create engaging Instagram Stories and community-focused content.
• Manage comments, messages and community engagement.
• Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximise reach and engagement.

Influencer & Partnership Marketing

• Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators and strategic partners.
• Coordinate collaborations from outreach through campaign completion.
• Track campaign performance and ROI.

CRM & Customer Engagement

• Manage WhatsApp and Instagram broadcasts.
• Support email marketing campaigns.
• Develop initiatives to improve customer retention and repeat bookings.

Analytics & Optimisation

• Monitor website and campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, engagement and customer acquisition.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates and new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or social media marketing.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy and community management.
• Experience using marketing analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Business Suite or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality or lifestyle industry.
• Experience with influencer marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms.
• Basic photo or video editing skills.
