We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Finance Manager to join our Islamic banking team. The successful candidate will oversee the Bank's financial operations, budgeting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support the Bank's objectives while ensuring adherence to Islamic banking principles and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Bank's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor liquidity, profitability, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Support senior management in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Finance Officer or Finance Manager within the banking sector.
- Experience in Islamic banking is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, banking regulations, and regulatory compliance.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) are considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
