Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in Beirut. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, delivering training sessions, managing client relationships, and supporting marketing strategies to reach sales goals. Key responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, managing sales pipelines, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, demonstrating experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in conducting Training sessions and coaching others to achieve success within a sales or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in strategic thinking and problem-solving, with a focus on client satisfaction and sales performance optimization.
• Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing within the finance or investment sector is a plus.
