Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing month-end and year-end closing activities, and supporting financial planning and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial accounting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
