What do we offer?

Fully integrated with a growing team, you will support the partners across the different administrative aspects from reception to administrative support in a well-organised and timely manner.

What will you be responsible for?

Office Management

Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate events

Organize travel arrangements and daily schedules

Ensure smooth office operations and compliance with company policies

Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry stock

Run errands as needed

Administrative

Maintain proper documentation and contracts with vendors

Ensure employment contracts are signed, updated, and properly filed

Track company obligations (insurance, licenses, renewals, etc.) and ensure timely updates

Bank & Cash

Liaise with our banking partners and handle related communications.

Initiate vendor payments and salary transfers.

Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity at all times.

Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records.

Accounting & Bookeeping

Perform bank and cash reconciliations.

Record vendor invoices and expenses.

Process payroll entries and maintain records.

Tax & Compliance

Support our external tax consultants when required.

Assist in company audits

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties in our company. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Absolute must-haves

Proven minimum of 2 years of experience

MS Office and English proficiency

Outstanding organisational and time management skills

Attention to detail as well as good interpersonal skills

Can handle pressure, meet deadlines and work with less supervision

Capable of managing multiple tasks

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or something related
